Please note that Kuykendall's LLC does not engage in SMS marketing or email marketing campaigns; all communications are strictly transactional and specific to your service request, scheduling, service updates, active inquiries, or free estimates. • Automated SMS and MMS text messages (including notifications, reminders, quotes, scheduling updates, and project follow-up).

• Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Kuykendall's LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by your cellular provider.
• Message Frequency: The frequency of text messages and calls varies based on your project requirements, estimate status, and appointment scheduling.
• No Marketing Communications: We do not send promotional or marketing communications. Consent to receive service-related transactional communications is voluntary, but necessary to coordinate services digitally.
• SMS Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation text confirming your opt-out.

4. Estimates & Scheduled Services

Any price ranges, quotes, or scheduling estimations provided through online forms, text messages, or email communications are preliminary and non-binding. A binding agreement for services is only established once we conduct an on-site assessment, provide a formal project estimate, and receive explicit customer authorization.

5. Emergency Service Calls

For active septic or sewer line emergencies (such as active backups or pipe breaks), please do not rely on online form submissions or text messages. We cannot guarantee response times for digital inquiries. You must call our 24/7 emergency dispatch number (864-684-7430) directly for immediate service.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Kuykendall's LLC, its officers, or employees be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from your use or inability to use this website, from any preliminary service estimates provided herein, or from any delay or failure in receiving SMS text messages, calls, or emails.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Laurens County, South Carolina.
